Refund policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase for in store items or from delivery date for shipped items. After this time period we will be unable to process your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it,  unwashed and with tags still on the item, not cut off. 

Many items are exempt from being returned. These include accessories such as any jewelry, hats and any preordered or custom items. Also excluded, any item purchased with a discount of 30% or more. 

Shipping a Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is damaged or decided seller will pay shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address additional shipping cost will be charged prior to mailing again.
